You will need:
One tomato cage
One plastic plant saucer that fits inside top ring of cage. (saucers are the bottom part that goes with plant pots to catch water)
Vine Seeds – nasturtiums or morning glories will work well.
Put tomato cage into the ground. Press ‘legs’ as far into the ground as possible so it will be sturdy.
Place the plant saucer into the top ring.
Plant your seeds according to package directions around the bottom. Keep them watered.
Fill saucer with water or birdseed.
If you are going to use as a feeder, have an adult drill holes in saucer so water can run out and not soak seeds.
